Question :
What does 'Geometrical Mean' mean in arithmetic ?
Answer :
The Geometrical Mean of any number or numbers is the root of either product which is represented by their number.

The Geometrical Mean of two numbers is the square root of the product of the two numbers.
G (a_{1}, a_{2}) = (a_{1}, a_{2})^{1/2}

The Geometrical Mean
of three numbers is the cube root of the product of the three numbers.
G (a_{1}, a_{2}, a_{3}) = (a_{1}, a_{2}, a_{3})^{1/3}

For Example,

The Geometrical Mean of two numbers, 2 and 8 is 4.

The geometric mean can only be applied to positive numbers.
